Stellar!!!!!

The location is wonderful. Love this building and the unit is wonderfully renovated in the new beach motif but not over done. There is a room on main floor… nice for those that can’t do stair and two upstairs. Management is extremely responsive. Had a simple issue and they can right away to correct. I highly recommend this unit and will be back!!!

This place has amazing views and is worth every penny. Highly recommend. Positive: The views are spectacular. Host very accessible for any questions. Negative: Pillows, the master bedroom pillows we quite stiff....luckily I took one from the bunk bed that was much better quality.

Sunrise & Sunset @ Sea Dunes Positive: The sunsets to sunrise were definitely an extra perk. The continuous sound of the surf, too! Decor was spot-on and of quality, so well, be appointed. The Condos decorated for a "lived-in beach home" filled with accessories & decor. The comfortable furnishings, bedding & linens, and the square footage. We appreciate the soft beach tones & pristine whites. The art, lighting, and thoughtful touches. The large & full, complimentary snack tray (bag of ground coffee, tea, Kcups, creamers, we didn't need) the spices, oil/vinegar were helpful. Thank you for the welcome card, Lindit chocolates and wine, too! Loved the peacefulness & beautiful grounds, verandah x3 and FP x2, and also enjoyed/utilizing all the reading/sitting nooks with the incredible panoramic views of the ocean & sandy pristine beach, marsh and grounds. FYI-Forget about sleeping in one morning, NOT happening. You'll find yourself, your guests gazing out windows for the incredible sunrises or on the main veranda with an early cup of Java, all just mesmerized by the vast beauty of it's rise and sounds of the surf crashing in. What a special corner unit... best of all! Even the quantity & quality of pillows were deliciously comfy. The Love Sack couches, too! One gal was bummed at the AP. She 4 got to take note of the pillow brand label n mattress brand... I forgot, too! Loved the primary beds remotes adjustable headrest. Found that on night two! Negative: No directions left for induction cook top stove. (You have two types of pans?) We had to Google the model, and the information needed to get cook-top to function...lol (23 minutes for 3 educated, 60+ yrs young, professionally self-employed n successful ladies) only to realize that we grabbed the wrong TYPES of pans, (only choosing appropriate sizes) not even paying attention to the different types of pans in the drawer. Who knew? -We all have new kitchens at each of our homes but opted out of this type of cooking and all installed & used gas stoves...lol FYI-Fridge doors tend to stay open if you're not paying attention when closing them. FYI-Stairs can be very slippery with different footwear, heels, or socks. (betteroff barefoot) More slippery without handrails. Challenging with luggage or a glass in hand, too! One gal slipped off one step midway down after passing the upper section of stairwell. Landing 2 steps down, caught wall with back n shoulder AND saved the empty coffee mug. She was, (more worried about breaking the mug, then her neck?) Let's just think of her as Gumby! Screen sliders stick and fall off their tracks, catching them a few of the times, a couple of times not so quickly with the catch & balancing act. (?salty air isn't friendly to metal, figured the possibility was salt air corrosion to metal tracks & frames. Receiving the check-in message that our check-in for 2-3 pm had been confirmed, assumed that we were confirmed with the alerts and instructions to follow. Upon arrival with code, the cleaning lady's supplies and equipment were sitting outside the main entryway and just finishing up. We arrived at 4:48-5:10 She eventually came to the door, welcomed us in, and then exited. Thought that to be unexpected and oddly uncomfortable. Especially if our ETA was 2pm based on emails received the day or two prior, received two! -Found a newer light bulb needed for one room.
